I like English very much and I recognize how big of a tool it is for those  who can master it and take advantage of it. Last semester I gave instructions to my students on how to structure their own CV's in English of course. Man, it was quite a show. Part of its redaction  includes their ability to perform a task or skills to adapt to different types of working groups and conditions. It was interesting how clear it was to see six graders break the adulthood obstacle of understanding what they are to themselves and what they are capable of. Made me wonder if my resume was up to date. My highest expectation is resting on my students' shoulders. Maybe or better saying not all of them but still all of them deserve my recognition and respect. I can see it now better than before that education is not just one process, I'm part of it too but not in the way I was taught. It is way beyond the scope of this message. I am immersed in a dynamic "interference" where I move the collision obstacles away instead of making my students move. They are travelling through knowledge and I just help them with their crashing against walls of misconception and warning their senses of the places with most wisdom richness. I'm richer now.
